Exchange Policy – 7 Days

We offer a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request an exchange.
Please note that we do NOT offer refunds — only exchanges for genuine reasons such as receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

All exchange items must be sent to the following address:

Items sent back without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please check your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept exchanges for custom-made items, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or sale items. Gift cards are also non-exchangeable.

Exchanges
Once your exchange is approved, you will receive instructions and a return shipping label. After we receive and inspect your item, your exchange will be processed.
